Limited Warranty
Audio Icon Limited Warranty
Audio Icon provides the following Limited Warranty for its products under normal and intended studio or recording use, subject to the coverage periods below.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase from Audio Icon. Warranty claims must be initiated within the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Coverage Period
SoundBox (Foam-Based Products)
SoundBox products are covered for ninety (90) days from the original date of delivery. Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not extend to normal compression, cosmetic changes, material aging, or environmental effects associated with foam-based products.
Flex Pro Enclosure
The Flex Pro enclosure is covered for one (1) year from the original date of delivery. This coverage applies to structural and mechanical components of the enclosure only.
Removable pop filter components and consumable accessories are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period.
If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Audio Icon will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
- Provide a comparable replacement model if the original is unavailable.
Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement only. Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Pop filters or consumable accessory items.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Foam compression, cosmetic changes, or material aging over time.
- Damage caused by excessive heat, humidity, moisture, or improper storage.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
- Improper installation or use outside intended purpose.
- Damage caused by drops, impact, or accidents.
- Damage resulting from improper packaging during return.
- Third-party accessories or components not manufactured by Audio Icon.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, email support@audioicon.com with:
- Your order number.
- Proof of purchase.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos or video demonstrating the defect.
If your claim is approved:
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Audio Icon for inspection.
- Audio Icon may cover standard outbound shipping for approved warranty replacements within the contiguous United States only.
- Warranty service does not include reimbursement of original shipping charges paid at checkout.
- Expedited shipping services are not covered under warranty replacement.
- International customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Audio Icon. Audio Icon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.
