At Audio Icon, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Product may be tested for evaluation purposes only
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • All components and accessories must be included
  • Item must be free from damage, excessive wear, or misuse
  • Products showing signs of heavy use, modification, or improper handling may be subject to a restocking fee or denied

Audio Icon reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Condition Enforcement

Items returned that do not meet eligibility requirements may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee. If rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Abuse Prevention

Audio Icon reserves the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive or repeated return activity.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges for different models or variations. All approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

If you would like a different model or variation, you must place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and product availability.

We only provide replacements at no cost if the item is defective or shipped in error.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns within the contiguous United States, Audio Icon provides a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.

International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

Oversized or freight shipments may require special handling. Return freight costs may apply depending on product condition and reason for return.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refunds apply to the product price only unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

If expedited or priority shipping was selected at checkout, the upgraded shipping service fee is non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit

Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the packaging and product when contacting support. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for coverage.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, outbound shipping charges and any carrier return fees will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing excessive use, damage, or signs of misuse beyond normal testing
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Custom, modified, or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Hygiene Notice (Pop Filters & Foam Components)

Due to the nature of these items, returns may be denied if there are visible signs of moisture exposure, buildup, odor, or contamination beyond standard evaluation.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you of approval.

Please allow 3–5 business days for return inspection after delivery to our facility before refund approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Start a Return

Email support@audioicon.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos if item is damaged or defective.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Additional Terms

Audio Icon reserves the right to make the final determination on all return eligibility and condition assessments. This policy applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
