- Processing: Typically 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders after 3 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

- Shipping damage: Report damage within 5 days of delivery.
Returns & refunds
- 30-day window: Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@audioicon.com for authorization before returning anything.

- Color or model changes: Direct exchanges are not offered. Return an eligible item and place a new order.

Will SoundBox fit my microphone?
SoundBox is designed for side-address microphones with a diameter of 38–63 mm (1.5–2.5 inches). Shape and mounting position also matter. Use the microphone compatibility search above to check your exact model. If it is not listed, contact Audio Icon before ordering.
Does SoundBox make my room soundproof?
No. SoundBox helps manage reflections around the microphone. A quiet recording space, suitable microphone placement, and appropriate gain settings still matter.
Do I need Flex Pro?
No. SoundBox works on its own. Flex Pro adds adjustable pop-filter positioning. The SoundBox + Flex Pro bundle also includes mesh, metal, and hydrophobic foam filters.
Can I choose different colors in the bundle?
The current bundle includes fixed filter choices: Classic Black mesh, Platinum Silver metal, and hydrophobic foam. To choose one of the other mesh colors, select the single SoundBox option.

The SoundBox made a noticeable difference in my recordings right away. My room isn't acoustically treated, but vocals sounded more focused and controlled without feeling boxed in. The larger internal cavity helps maintain a natural sound while reducing reflections around the microphone.

great product. does a great job of isolating my vocals and they still sound very open and not too boxy. my only gripe with it is the pop filter. it doesn’t do a great job at plosive rejection at all. most bleed through really bad into the mic. i would suggest putting a second pop filter over it. overall great product.

Such a simple device, but oh so useful. The Soundbox 7B creates a miniature isolation booth just as advertised. I've been able to record several books in my basement, which isn't soundproofed at all. It's just so cool to be able to do this at home. Big kudos to the crew at Audio Icon - I just love my Soundbox!

Works as expected. Eliminated the room's reverb and echo without needing to resort to baffles and wall padding. Would recommend.

It doesn’t help much with room reflection. I’ll have to treat my room instead. Very disappointed.

This actually works. Ive heard that products like these “don’t really work” or “can’t compare to a fully treated room…” and to a degree those statements are true, but this product works as intended. The sound deadening is not perfect in an untreated room- there is still some room tone, but i would still choose this product over the pain of treating a room any day.

I've owned both budget isolation shields and some of the more expensive vocal recording accessories on the market. The biggest difference with the SoundBox is that it helps control reflections without making the microphone sound trapped inside a small foam enclosure.
